Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Cameron Meier (Southern Maine) – Sophomore – Bowdoin, Maine
Meier was named LEC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the first time this season after placing eighth at the Maine State Championship, completing the 8K layout in 26:18.2. The Huskies placed fourth among the 12 teams in the event,

Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Rob St. Laurent (Keene State) – Freshman – Windham, N.H.
St. Laurent was named the LEC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week after placing fourth overall at the Keene State Invitational, crossing the finish line in 27.48 on the 8K course.

Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Lauren Perkowski (Keene State) – Junior – Plantsville, Conn.
Perkowski was named the LEC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season after winning the Keene State Invitational with a time of 18:47.2 on the 5K course, which was 36 seconds faster than the second-place finisher. It was her second first-place finish of the year.

Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Maggie Dulak (Eastern Connecticut) – Junior – Northford, Conn.
Dulak, who is in her first collegiate cross country season, was name the LEC Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week after placing 19th at CCRI's Tri-State Invitational Saturday, finishing the 5K layout in 22:58.7.
