Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Sam Brunnette (Plymouth State) – Senior – Newport Center, Vt.
Brunnette was named LEC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second consecutive week after placing second overall at Williams' Purple Valley Classic, completing the 8K course in 25:50.0. His time was 5.3 seconds of the first-place finisher.

Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Ryan Escoda (Eastern Connecticut) – Freshman – Newton, Conn.
Escoda was named the LEC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week after placing fifth overall at Gordon's Pop Crowell Invitational, crossing the finish line in 27.22.4.

Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Shayna Cousineau (Rhode Island College) – Sophomore – Cranston, R.I.
Cousineau was named the LEC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week after notching a third-place finish at Gordon's Pop Crowell Invitational, covering the 6K course in 23:45.90. She was 5.2 seconds back of the second-place finisher, and was 9.8 seconds back of the race winner.

Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Kim Bowles (Plymouth State) – Freshman – Wonalancet, N.H.
Bowles was named LEC Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the second time this season after placing fifth at Williams' Purple Valley Classic, turning in a time of 20:35.8 on the 5K course. She was 3.7 seconds back of the fourth-place finisher.
