Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Sam Brunnette (Plymouth State) – Senior – Newport Center, Vt.
Brunnette was named LEC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after setting a personal record on his way to winning the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. He finished first among a field of 295 runners, completing the 8K course in 24:32.02 to top his previous best by more than 10 seconds.

Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Carlos Rivera (UMass Dartmouth) – Freshman – Lowell, Mass.
Rivera was named the LEC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week after placing 34th out of the 295 competitors at his home UMass Dartmouth Invitational Saturday, crossing the finish line in 26:02.52.

Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Lauren Perkowski (Keene State) – Junior – Plantsville, Conn.
Perkowski was named the LEC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week after recording a top-10 finish at UMass Dartmouth Invitational. She completed the 5K course in 18:46.49 to finish ninth among the 318 competitors in the race.

Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Bryanna Phillips (Southern Maine) – Senior – Westbrook, Maine
Phillips, who is in her first collegiate season, repeats as LEC Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week after placing 32nd at UMass Dartmouth Invitational. She turned in a time of 19:32.59 on the 5K layout.
