Track Athlete of the Week

Lauren Perkowski (Keene State) – Junior – Plantsville, Conn.
Perkowski was named LEC Track Athlete of the Week after running the 3,000 meters in 10:05.27 at the Boston University's Valentine Invitational Saturday, which is the fastest time in the Little East this season and ranks her 23rd in NCAA Division III.

Field Athlete of the Week

Chelsea Yang (Rhode Island College) - Sophomore – Warwick, R.I.
Yang was named LEC Field Athlete of the Week after placing sixth in the weight throw at Boston University's Valentine Invitational with her toss of 17.45 meters.

Rookie Track Athlete of the Week

Trinity Hayes (Rhode Island College) – Freshman – Providence, R.I.
Hayes was named the LEC Rookie Track Athlete of the Week after turning in a time of 8.25 seconds in the 60-meter dash and clocking in at 26.22 seconds in the 200-meter dash at BU's Valentine Invitational. Her 200 time ranks 19th in New England this season.

Rookie Field Athlete of the Week

Georgerinna Farley (Rhode Island College) - Freshman – Providence, R.I.
Farley was named LEC Rookie Field Athlete of the Week after finishing 18th in the weight throw (13.75m) and 39th in the shot (9.75m) at BU's Valentine Invitational.

Relay of the Week

Rhode Island College 4x400 Relay
The Anchorwomen's 4x400m relay team comprised of freshman Trinity Hayes (Providence, R.I.), seniors Eleni Grammas (Cranston, R.I.) Nicole Grammas (Cranston, R.I.), and junior Emma Landroche (Warwick, R.I.) registered a 33rd-place finish (3:59.91) at the Boston University's Valentine Invitational, which places them 30th in the nation this season.
