Field Athlete of the Week

Adela Kalilwa (Southern Maine) - Junior – Lewiston, Maine
Kalilwa was named LEC Field Athlete of the Week for the fourth time this season after once again sweeping the horizontal jump events last week, winning the Maine State title in the long jump (5.32m) and triple jump (11.48m) with a pair of season-best performances. Her mark in the triple jump ranks as the 11th-best showing in the nation this season.

Track Athlete of the Week

Christina Gosselin (Eastern Connecticut) – Senior – Old Saybrook, Conn.
Gosselin was named LEC Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 1-mile run at the Plymouth State Invitational with her time of 5:38.00, providing 10 critical points to the Warriors as they edged out LEC rival Keene State for the team title by a single point.

Rookie Field Athlete of the Week

Bronwen Hopwood (Castleton) - Senior – Hinesburg, Vt.
Hopwood, who is in her first collegiate track & field season, was named LEC Rookie Field Athlete of the Week after finishing fourth in the long jump with a leap of 4.85 meters, which broke her own program record in the event. She also placed seventh in the 400-meter dash (1:04.10).

Rookie Track Athlete of the Week
Amanda Deppert (Keene State) – Freshman – Tinmouth, Vt.
Deppert was named the LEC Rookie Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 400-meter dash at the Plymouth State Invitational Saturday, helping lead the Owls to a second-place finish in the final team standings.

Relay of the Week

4x400m Relay – Keene State
The Relay of the Week Award once again went to Keene State's quartet of senior Brittany Gravallese (Merrimack, N.H.), junior Nicole De Almeida (Nashua, N.H.), sophomore Skyler Gauthier (Peterborough, N.H.) and Deppert after they claimed the 4x400 title with a time of 4:24.28 at Plymouth State's Panther Invitational Saturday.
