Field Athlete of the Week

Adela Kalilwa (Southern Maine) – Junior - Lewiston, Maine
Kalilwa repeats as LEC Field Athlete of the Week after once again sweeping the horizontal jumps this weekend; USM Open, winning the long jump with a mark of 5.23 meters and the triple jump with a distance of 11.36 meters at the USM Open II. The junior's long jump mark is tied for 36th in NCAA Division III this season.

Track Athlete of the Week

Sydney Sirois (Southern Maine) – Sophomore – Greene, Maine
Sirois was named the LEC Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 3,000-meter run at the USM Open Meet II, crossing the finish line in 11:13.06.

Rookie Field Athlete of the Week

Mykayla Hoggard (Southern Maine) – Freshman - Bangor, Maine
Hoggard was named the LEC Rookie Field Athlete of the Week after placing second in the long jump with a leap of 5.06 meters, which was second only to Kalilwa. She additionally won the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.61 seconds.

Rookie Track Athlete of the Week

Ottilie McPhail (Southern Maine) – Freshman - Bradford, Maine
McPhail was named the LEC Rookie Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:04.52 and placing third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.63 seconds.
