OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Megan Tingley (Natick, Mass.), Freshman, Midfielder, Plymouth State

Tingley earned LEC Player of the Week honors after scoring seven goals and assisting on four others in a 1-1 week for the Panthers. She scored three goals with two assists and seven draw controls in a 17-11 win at MIT after scoring four goals with two assists in a setback at Babson to open the year.

Tara Kilderry DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Tara Kilderry (Glen Head, N.Y.), Senior, D, Keene State

Kilderry earned LEC Defensive Player of the Week honors after totaling six ground balls and five caused turnovers over the Owls first two games of the season. She had four ground balls and four caused turnovers in an overtime against MIT, and two ground balls and caused one turnover against Roger Williams. 

Western Connecticut Women's Lacrosse Winners GOALIE OF THE WEEK - Jennifer Sawicki (Westbury, N.Y.), Freshman, Western Connecticut

Sawicki picked up her first career LEC Goalie of the Week honor after registering six saves in the Colonials' season-opening 14-7 non-conference win at Salem State University. 

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK - Caroline Galligan (Marshfield, Mass.), Freshman, Attack, Western Connecticut

Galligan picked up her first career LEC Rookie of the Week award after scoring two goals with one assist for three points in the Colonials' season-opening 14-7 win at Salem State University. She also picked up six ground balls and four draw controls in her collegiate debut.
