    LACROSSE, WIS. 5/25/13 – For The second time this year, Keene State College's Ryan Widzgowski is an All-American. The junior from Camden, Maine raced to a third place finish in the 1,500-meter event at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday, posting a personal best time of 3:48.59.

    NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass.— The Little East Conference office announced Rhode Island College freshman Jaimee Dorsey (East Greenwich, R.I.) was named as the Track Athlete of the Year and Rookie Track Athlete of the Year, respectively, this afternoon after a vote by the six conference coaches. Dorsey became the first student-athlete in conference history to earn two major women’s outdoor track and field awards in the same season.

    BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – Freshman Jarell James (Providence, R.I.) captured three individual titles, while sophomore Jarell Forbes (Providence, R.I.) won two races to help Rhode Island College capture its first Little East Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship this afternoon on the campus of Bridgewater State University. The Anchormen placed first in eight individual events, while also winning the 4x400 meter relay to raise the team championship trophy with 174 total points.

    NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The University of Southern Maine earned four of the six major awards this afternoon, when the Little East Conference office announced its 2012 women’s outdoor track and field awards program. Junior Molly Carl (York, Maine) was named the Track Athlete of the Year and senior Bethany Dumas (Augusta, Maine) was selected as the Field Athlete of the Year.

University of Southern Maine senior Tim Even (Stoneham, Maine) was selected as the Track Athlete of the Year, while Keene State College junior Glenn Guilmette (Kensington, N.H.) was named the Field Athlete of the Year. University of Massachusetts Boston swept the rookie awards program as freshman Kebba Nasso (Attleboro, Mass.) and classmate Carl Joseph (Brockton, Mass.) earned Rookie Track Athlete of the Year and Rookie Field Athlete of the Year, respectively.
