CENTERVILLE, Mass. - Keene State College freshman Craig MacPherson (Derry, N.H.) was selected the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Men's Cross Country Player of the Week this afternoon by the conference office.

MacPherson covered the 8K course at the Keene State Invitational in a time of 26:25, placing him second in the 100 runner field. MacPherson played an instrumental role in helping the Owls to a team victory by a 30 point margin.

Keene State College returns to action on Oct. 6, when the Owls compete at the New England Open Championships.
