Athlete of the Week
Archie Joseph (Livingston, N.J.), Senior, Eastern Connecticut State
University
Joseph qualified for the New England Division III Championships in three events, while eclipsing the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship standard in two events this past weekend at the Eastern Connecticut State University Invitational. The senior from Livingston, N.J. qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 200 meters (22.19) and javelin (176-2), while also posting a New England Division III standard in the 400 meters (51.33). His 200-meter time earned himself a victory and a personal best.

Athlete of the Week
Gregory Dinas (Stamford, Conn.), Sophomore, Eastern Connecticut
State University
Dinas dominated the field at the Eastern Connecticut State
University Invitational this past weekend, winning four individual
events. The sophomore from Stamford, Conn. broke his own program
record and qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 110-meter
hurdles, while setting personal bests in the long jump. Dinas was
also victorious in the high jump and triple jump.
Rookie
Field Athlete of the Week
Bryan Kolacz (Brentwood, N.H.), Freshman, Keene State College
Competing at the George Davis Invitational at UMass-Lowell on
Saturday, Kolacz posted a provisional NCAA Championships and KSC
record mark with his second place finish (171'-07") in the hammer
throw. He also won the discus (137'-11") and placed seventh in the
shot-put (40'-04.75").
