Offensive Player of the Week
Mike Diogo (Bristol, R.I.), Junior, Midfielder, Rhode Island College

Diogo registered a pair of markers to lead Rhode Island College to its first victory of the season, defeating conference rival UMass Dartmouth, 4-2, this past weekend. The Bristol, R.I. product netted his first two goals on the campaign in the opening 20 minutes to play to give the Anchormen a lead they would never relinquish.

Goalkeeper of the Week
Domenick Persuitte (West Barnstable, Mass.), Senior, University of Massachusetts Boston

In his only match of the week, Persuitte stopped all five shots he faced against Little East Conference rival University of Southern Maine to record his second shutout of the season. It was the first Beacons' victory over the Huskies in nearly eight years.

Rookie of the Week
Matt Furman (Montville, Conn.), Sophomore, Forward, Eastern Connecticut State University

Furman scored the game-winning goal in each match this past week to lead Eastern Connecticut to a 2-0 mark. The native of Montville, Conn. recorded the decisive marker with just 22.7 second remaining in overtime to lift the Warriors past Tufts on Tuesday. Later in the week, he cracked the scoring column in the 23rd minute as Eastern Connecticut shutout Little East rival Western Connecticut, 4-0. In two matches, Furman posted five points, on two goals and a helper.
