NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass.—The Little East Conference and EZStream.com will partner to video broadcast the University of Southern Maine at Eastern Connecticut State University men’s and women’s basketball conference doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009 live from the Francis E. Geissler Gymnasium in Willimantic, Conn. The first Little East Conference twinbill will feature a full production shoot: a high quality video resolution with audio and visual graphics.

Eastern Connecticut senior tandem of Tristan Hobbes and Nick Magoulas will provide the play-by-play call and color commentary, beginning at 12:50 p.m. The Huskies (16-4, 6-3 LEC) will square off against the Warriors (18-2, 8-1 LEC) in women’s basketball at 1 p.m., while the Southern Maine (4-16, 1-8 LEC) and Eastern Connecticut (9-11, 3-6 LEC) men’s teams will be featured approximately two hours later. Each Little East Conference will be archived on LittleEast.tv at the conclusion of each contest.

LittleEast.tv made its debut on Wednesday, Feb. 4, when the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth men’s basketball team defeated Tufts University from the Tripp Athletic Center.
