Owls' Ranked No. 19 NFHCA Coaches' Poll

KEENE, N.H. - A record 5-0 start has landed the
Keene State field hockey team a #19 ranking in the National Field Hockey
Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Coaches Poll announced
on Tuesday. The Owls are making their first appearance in the
national coaches' survey since 2002. Senior back Erin
Dallas (Marlow, N.H.) was also named the Eastern College
Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Defensive
Player of the Week.
"It's been a while since we've been in the poll. Now we have to
play like we deserve the recognition," said Keene State Coach
Amy Watson.
The Owls will face their biggest test of the season tonight when
they host Williams College (6 p.m.). KSC will be shooting for
a school record sixth straight shutout victory.
Keene State will face several nationally ranked teams later this
season including #11 Middlebury College and #15 Trinity College.
